General information
Keyosk Products Ltd can deliver to over 300 countries worldwide. Please read this general information, together with the relevant details below according to whether you require delivery to an address in the UK or overseas.
You can obtain the packaging & delivery charge (if any) for your order in two ways. When you create an account we ask for your delivery address, then when you log in the packaging & delivery charge will be calculated automatically for all items you add to your cart. Should you wish to know the delivery charge for a planned order without creating an account, add the products you plan to order to the cart and then click the Delivery charge button; select (from the drop-down lists) both the Country and the State, region or zone to which the order is to be delivered, then click the Submit button; the packaging & delivery charge for your planned order will be displayed.
Despatch of orders received before 15:00 GMT or BST on a working day will usually be on the day the order is received but may take up longer if unavoidable. We will endeavour to keep customers informed where the same or next day despatch cannot be achieved and keep them updated as to the progress of their order(s). Orders received after 15:00 on a weekday or at any time on a Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday in the UK will be treated as being received on the next working day.
All carriers impose restrictions and limitations on their service. None of the carriers we use will deliver on Sunday or a Public Holiday. These carriers impose other restrictions and limitations on their service that we and you are obliged to accept.
The expected delivery dates quoted for carrier services that require a signature to acknowledge receipt presume that a person will be present at the delivery address during working hours on the relevant day to accept delivery and provide a signature. If no person is present, delivery will not be made on the scheduled day and you will probably receive a card posted through your door asking you to to make alternative arrangements for delivery or collection on a date when a recipient will be available.
Customers should inspect the packages at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery note or signing device. Any damage sustained in transit must be notified to us by e-mail within three days of delivery.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate collection of orders by customers’ own nominated carriers.
UK deliveries
Packaging & delivery to UK Mainland are free on orders with a value of £200 and over, excluding VAT. This offer applies to orders with a total weight of up to 25kg; the delivery charge on orders with a total weight of 25kg and over will be charged.
All orders will be delivered by a carrier or postal service that requires a signature to acknowledge receipt.
Our general aim is to provide a ‘next working day’ delivery service for orders received by 15:00
For the majority of orders, customers can select how they would prefer your purchase to be delivered to you. Please note that orders placed on a Friday will normally be delivered on a Monday.
Please be aware that although Royal Mail aims to deliver items sent by 1st Class Post, ‘Signed For’ to their destinations on the next working day, including Saturdays, these are not guaranteed services and can take up to several working days. Should you need guaranteed next day delivery, you should opt for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
Northern Ireland, the highlands of Scotland, British islands and remote parts of the UK mainland
The scheduled delivery dates and times shown on this website are for the majority of mainland UK only; for both standard and 'next day’ services, delivery dates will be later for Northern Ireland, the highlands and islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, other British islands and selected Postcodes in the UK mainland. See table below. Timed delivery services (such as before 1pm) are not available for these destinations, which can take up to three working days to arrive.

The carrier service we select for your delivery will be determined by the delivery service(s) available in your country and by the weight, size and value of the product(s) and we will liaise with customers to choose the most appropriate carrier based on the weight and size of a shipment, the destination and cost.
